The Story

Founded in 2019 by Damien Yau and his wife Hao Zhen

Denzy Gelato prioritizes innovation and sustainability, using natural

ingredients from local and global sources. In five years, Denzy Gelato

has transformed from a small café to a central kitchen supplying over

100 flavors to 100+ businesses. Their facility now produces 12 tonnes

of gelato monthly, with an automated process that churns out 300

liters per hour. Denzy Gelato aims to expand by stocking products in

regional supermarkets.
